David is the Senior Deputy Executive Director of Faith House. His primary responsibilities are program development and assisting Mildred Jamison.
He graduated from Quincy University in Illinois in 1989 and began his career as a substance abuse counselor for Black Alcohol and Drug Information Services (B.A.S.I.C.). He has worked as a substance abuse counselor with DART, New Beginnings and Queen of Peace. David also has performed in-home family counseling for The Family Resource Center and Central Baptist Family Services.
Currently, David serves on the Board of Directors of the Counsel on Child Abuse and Neglect (CoCAN), is a member of the St. Louis City Residential Review Team and is a volunteer coach for seventh- and eighth-grade boys.
